SMS Terms

Program description

D.I.G. LLC uses SMS for operational notifications to owners and authorized team members who directly request those alerts. Messages may include notice of a new website inquiry and a secure link to review it. The general website inquiry form does not enroll visitors in customer-facing SMS messages.

Consent

Recipients enroll by providing their mobile number directly to D.I.G. and expressly requesting text notifications, including through documented verbal consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on inquiry activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help or email njobe@digllctn.com. After opting out, a recipient may receive one final confirmation message.

Privacy

Mobile numbers, opt-in information and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

D.I.G. may update these terms as its messaging program changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
